KANCHANJUNGA:
is the third highest peak (8,586) lies north to south
along Nepal Sikkim boarder. Tamur River drains the Nepalese
side of Kanchanjunga. On this trek one will be able to
study the culture and life-style of the Rai and Limbu
communities.
a.
Fly
from Kathmandu to Biratnegar, Biratnagar to Taplejung
and trek to base camp at Pang Pema (5,000m) and return
by same route and fly back from Taplejung (19days).
b.
Drive to Basantapur ; trek to BC then fly out from taplejung
(25-28 days).
c.
Fly from Kathmandu to Taplejung and trek to base camp
(26 days). Fly back from Taplejung to Biratnagar.
EVEREST
REGION
The world's highest peak Mount Everest or Sagarmatha
(8,848m) and several other peaks of great height lies in
the Solukhumbu is the home of Sherpa who are the world famous
for their mountaineering exploit. This region is hard to
beat for Mountain scenery. Tibetan Buddhism is in practice
by the people of this region .Many armchair mountaineers
dream of standing at Everest Base Camp. To make the dream
come true it is not technically difficult but due care must
be taken for the elevation.

MAKALU
BASE CAMP (27 days)
This is the most spectacular trek in a remote area which
starts from Hile Cross Mahabharat range then down to Arun
valley along the trade route up to Khadbari. As the trail
goes across ridge beautiful sight of the Makalu dominates
the whole valley. As the trail goes higher the hidden face
of Mount Everest known as Kangshun is seen which remains
unseen from the Everest trek. On completion the trekkers
will return to Kathmandu by flight from Tumlingtar.
